The William Paterson University Music Department proudly announces: 
 
WILLIAM PATERSON UNIVERSITY GUITARFEST 2008 
 
 
Join us at William Paterson University for Guitarfest 2008 on Saturday, May 3rd, 2008.  
 
WILLIAM PATERSON GUITARFEST 2008 EVENTS 
 
11:00-12:30: William Paterson University Guitar Student Concert 
 
1:30-2:30: Gabriel Handy seminar: Effective Practicing Strategies 
 
3:00-4:00: Instruments of the people: A percussion and guitar concert with Francisco Roldán, guitar and Danny Mallon, percussion  
 
4:30-6:30: Jason Vieaux Master Class 
 
8:00-9:30: Jason Vieaux in Concert 
 
All events will take place in the elegant Hobart Manor 2nd floor salon on the campus of William Paterson University. Admission is $20 for the public and free to WPU students and staff. An additional charge will apply to Master Class performers.

REGISTRATION FOR GUITARFEST 
 
•Admission is $20 for any and all Patersonfest 2007 events. 
 
•Students wishing to participate in the Master Class with Jason Vieaux will pay $60. Any student wishing to participate must contact Professor Handy or Professor Himmelhoch and submit an audition tape. (see contact info) This charge will also include admission to all Guitarfest events. 
 
•All events are free to WPU students. (Please bring student ID.) 
 
•Registration is available at the door.
